This is a VERY rare unmolested US DIVERS OVER PRESSURE from the 1950s.  This reg has not been converted and the original metal mouthpiece and internal over pressure hose still remain.  Over Pressures are common on Ebay, but rarely will you find one that has not been converted to an all rubber mouthpiece assembly.  The metal mouthpieces have sold on Ebay for over $250.00 in recent years.  This reg may never have been serviced since it was made!  It still retains the OEM tinnerman clamps in fact.  This regulator is in fantastic condition for it's age and will of course need to be rebuilt if you want to dive this poppy lungbuster.
